Final Reminders for TBS 2012!!

Its count down time to the 2012 Tennessee Baha’i School!! Here are some final reminders to help you prepare for the School:

·         Friday Arrival: Arrive on Friday if you can!  We have a great program planned with music from Adam Crossley (wow!) and TED-Style talks on a wide range of Baha'i subjects; a TED-Style talk is a short but "pithy" presentation and we've challenged our presenters to "get to the point" before they run out of time!! The program starts at 7:15pm so don't miss it!

  • Friday Night Dinner -  New this year!  We are offering a dinner on Friday; Please note there is a new dinner time from previously advertised of 6:00pm - 8:00pm.  If you did not include dinner on Friday in your registration and would now like to add that item please modify your on-line registration to add this option so you can be sure you're included in our final numbers.

  • On-site Check-in and Registration on Friday will be open from 3:00pm – 10:00pm: come prepared with all your necessary forms completed and you’ll receive Fast Track Registration; you will need a waiver of liability form for each adult; medical release for each child under 18 years; remember parents must sign the medical releases; sponsors of minors must have a sponsor form and medical release form signed by the minor’s parent. Forms are available for download and printing on the TBS website at http://tnbahaischool.blogspot.com/p/registration-forms.html. Onsite registration on Saturday is from 8:00am – 12:00pm and 1:00pm – 3:00pm.

  • Don’t Forget to Bring:
    • Everyone: Bring your guitars and other instruments, and, of course (and we say again!!) all your completed registration forms!
    • Parents with Young Children: bring a sippy cup or reusable water bottle with your child's name on it and for the nursery bring a blanket for nap time; please label your child’s blanket
    • Youth staying In the Youth Cabins: bring extra blankets and clothes; it may be chilly at night!

We’re looking forward to our annual reunion with old friends and the joy of meeting many new ones! See you all at TBS 2012.
